Every central govt institution must set up its public relations offices in all state capitals of India so that state people are informed about that central govt institution. It will be like GOVT EMBASSY OFFICES IN ALL WORLD CAPITALS.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
