To me,both g p sippy and Prakash Mehra are value-givers to rupee because at present,rupee has neither accountability nor self-earning. Total meaning of Indian rupee has become either subscribing to other/s or unaccountability. Isn't it so ?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
