There is difference between "pet dog" and "stray dog". PET DOG IS KNOWLEDGEABLE WHICH MEANS SOCIAL VOICE. STRAY DOG IS IGNORANT AND ADAMANT WHICH MEAN CRIMINAL AND CORRUPT.
