Police can arrest only if crime is against other/s(govt). Unfortunately Indian police are biggest conspirators of crime because they are having vested interest in crime. So my blogposts are conspiracy(devil)(underworld Mafia)(antisocial) against conspirators of crime.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
