Only useless knowledge(control) will have terrorism and weapon-rule. Weapon-holding by govt(control) is not to intimidate people into anarchy(useless knowledge) but to protect from anarchy(useless knowledge) among students,farmers and labourers who can't think both reverse and reverse-to-reverse ways about system(mind).
