Brilliance is for brilliant persons only. Common being common in itself is brilliance. So Indian students should avoid aspiring about engineers and doctors. Engineer and doctor is in every father's profession if matured and self-disciplined within father's profession. Brilliance is not something which is unaccounted in genetic heredity in human society. Sociology and psychology clearly includes genetic heredity and imperialism(which is mother of democracy). No sociology and psychology ignores father's genetic heredity in society(knowledge) and mother's imperialism. Indian national congress is dictatorship to dictatorship and anarchist to anarchist which means true democracy. Indian national congress is rule bein opposition to opposition.So ignorance is in parties but not in Indian national congress which is ignorance(party) to ignorants(parties).
