Regarding "entertaining" marraige divorces petitions in courts,my order is clear. Any kind of hypotheses on part of both spouses and law court judges should not be entertained. After both divorcing and both remarrying again and again,both may be happy. But Marraige is not just by both. Marraige is by "third party social fourth order(mindful word)" which is complex social being personal. Warning ! Marraige appears as personal between two spouses but is being social by third party social fourth order towards proper psychological-upbringing of children thus beget. .

Conflicts between near-identical things/people/situations are natural phenomenon.
But with human discrete-sense,one should overcome fear(suspicion).
That's why human being by becoming(profession) is above god(reactionary who questions better and never-been better answer to any human.
That's why atheism,agonism,straight-forward Hindu righteousness,bent-minded(with scientific sermons about physical,psychological,social,spiritual and economic/human hearts) Islam and cross-minded christianity(which is ambiguous to solve social ambiguity caused by self-ignorance and adamant-mind) are part of WORLD HINDUISM.
World hinduism path is Buddhism(non-violence) that is self-realised by m k Gandhi.
Because Hinduism is more of pleasure-seeking ideology and less of human dignity and sense "as it is founded by nobody but evolved through human wisdom and civilisation over long period of time around 6000 years ago.
That is why STILL subject of Hindustan(which is complex of complex to complex which means simple truth)  is not ignored even by Saudi Arabia people and British people.
Hindustan is true only through application,concentration and dedication of minds of people by overcoming fear(suspicion) that is being perpetrated by selfish minded antisocial without social sections leaders who are socially vulnerable through cycle of morality.
