If India has to progress economically,modern agriculture techniques need be adopted. Nearly 70% people in India depend on farming profession.So cultivation of morality(consistency against adverse questions) is compulsory for farmers to be successful in their work.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
