Emergency is dark chapter to antisocials(reactionaries and anarchists). Emergency is dark chapter to those who don't understand adminstration which is meant towards public.morality(consistency against adverse questions). Emergency is dark chapter for those who ignore socially-bad character which prevails personally-good character. Emergency is dark chapter for those who can't imagine truly about public imagination which is socially-bad character. Emergency is dark chapter who are socially-good character and self-deceivers. What's wrong in imposing emergency(which is the end of part one for strong end of part two to be success in truth(power) at the ultimate ? Adminstration is previalance of morality which is by the end of part one for the end of part two. So the end of part two will be as strong as the end of part one. Then only socially-good character persons concentrate their work on public adminstration than power politics. Politcs is doing morality with signature. Adminstration is saying morality with for signature.

ఓరి మూర్ఖ మేధావి ! నోరు ముయ్యరా ! సన్యాసీ ! ప్రజలు ఎప్పుడూ అనుకుంటారు (ఊహిస్తారు ) 

 ప్రజలకు అనుకునే (ఊహించుకునే ) హక్కు లేక పొతే ఎలా ?

అంత మాత్రాన ప్రజలు కేవలము అనుకునే (ఊహించుకునే ) వారుగా మాత్రమే ఎలా నిలుస్తారు ?

కనుక ఇందిరా గాంధీ తనను ఊహించుకునే (అనుకునే ) ప్రజలకు తిరిగి అలాగే అనుకునేలా (ఊహించుకునేలా ) చేయడము అనేది కేవలము అలహాబాద్ హై కోర్టు యొక్క వ్యతిరేక తీర్పు వలన ఎమర్జెన్సీ విధింపు జరిగింది అని వృత్తి భావన కలుగ చేసింది . 

అది తప్పా ?

అలా అని అది తప్పు కాదని అనుకునే వారిదీ తప్పు కాదా ?

అందుచేత కథ మొదటి భాగము అంతములో రెండు తప్పులలో ఏది రైటు అనేది ఎలా ప్రేక్షకుడు ఎలా నిర్ణయించగలడు?

కథ(ఊహ )(అనుకోవడము ) అనేది రెండవ భాగము అంతములో మాత్రమే కంచికి చేరుతుంది . 

         ఎందుకంటే సామాజికముగా నైతికముగా కనిపించే వ్యాపారులను ,సామాజికముగా నైతికముగా ఉండే ప్రజలను మరియు /లేదా సామాజికముగా నైతికముగా ఉంచే నాయకులను వేరు వేరుగా వారిని వారు విభజన చేసుకోవాలి కదా !
