If present voter maturity about public adminstration was there in July 1975 AD,then present reactionaries and present anarchists would have eliminated Indian law court system or Indian law court system would have eliminated present reactionaries and present anarchists. Then social fabric will be strong by now without any self-ignorance and adamant-mindset. Social chemistry itself would solve unholy nexus between govt opposition,public media and Indian law court system. A human society need not have its adversaries to be moral. A human by helping another human can get better society. One need not be divisive to be inclusive. One can simultaneously be divisive by inclusive in self-governance. Purpose of Indian(social) governance of India and world is being or making to be self in self and other.
