How can anti-congress ideology be ideology of a political party ? A party should have its own ideological strength. Being against to a party is not strength of any party. Congress ideology is united party of all diverse parties.That may not be understood by voters sometimes to support other parties. That does not mean congress(knowledge) has lost support of the voters.
