As people in past are self-ignorant,so govt/s are self-ignorant/s.
As people mature from self-ignorance,so govt/s have self-ignorant/s as their head/s to make self-ignorance self-eliminate by itself.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
