So my opinion is that even though courts should not give verdicts on legislative assembly decisions,present andhrapradesh assembly and its speaker should not precipitate things "in larger public interest towards reposing confidence in govt institutions" .If I have to say bluntly about present AP assembly constitution,"this present naxalite assembly has to respect its naxalite working in the garb of social democracy". MLA Bonda Uma maheswara rao garu ! Do you believe that democracy is anarchy or antisocial or ignorance ? If you think so, you are living in fool's paradise. Democracy is knowledge(social) but of course which takes birth from ignorance(antisocial)(tamas)(fringe knowledge). Even knowledge(what to do) comes from ignorance(what not to do),we need believe in ignorance(tamas) among people. Let us strive hard for knowledge;what to do in public governance) while respecting ignorance(what not to do in public governance). War need not be fought by words or force. Wars can be won by heart/s also which is long term success. Let us think,value and strive hard about long term goals like reforming education system by respecting short term goals like present public issues. We can everything as public issue if we intend so. But our goal should be unity in diversity of all world people than diversity in unity which is at present. Bonda Uma garu ! Be statesman naxalite(antisocial)(reactionary). Why you cheat yourself ?

ఇటువంటి సంకట పరిస్థితిలో శూన్యమును స్మరణ చేసుకునేదాని కన్నా  "మహాత్మా" గాంధీ ని స్మరణ చేసుకుంటే ఇరుపక్షాలకు శుభము కలుగుతుంది . 

ఎందుకంటే "మహాత్మా " గాంధీ సంకట విమోచనుడు. 

"మహాత్మా" గాంధీ ఎటువంటి సంకటములను అయినా సులువుగా విమోచన కలుగ చేయగల అపార శక్తిమంతుడు . 

ఇది ఆధ్యాత్మిక(సామాజిక ) జీవనము .

ఇక భౌతిక జీవనము గురించిన ప్రసక్తి వస్తే ...... 

నాకు కలిగిన జ్ఞానము ప్రకారము "చట్ట సభలు తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయములు సరి అయినవా కావా అని న్యాయస్థానములు తీర్పు చెప్పటము అనేది చెల్లదు . 

అయితే ప్రస్తుత ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ శాసన సభ లో ప్రజాసమస్యల మీద చర్చల తీరు టీవిలో జాగ్రత్తగా గమనిస్తే న్యాయస్థానము జోక్యము చేసుకోవలసిన పరిస్థితి మాత్రము తప్పక ఉంది . 

ఎందుకంటే ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ శాసన సభ అనేది భారత దేశములో ఫెడరల్ స్పూర్తి కి లోబడి స్వతంత్రము గా పనిచేయగల అధికారము (భాధ్యత ) కలిగి ఉన్నా ఫెడరల్ స్పూర్తి అనేది యూనిటరీ ఆలోచన నుండి పుట్టినది /కలిగినది అని విస్మరించడము అనేది ప్రస్తుత శాసన సభ స్పీకర్ అయిన కోడెల శివ ప్రసాద రావు గారి విజ్ఞతా లోపమే. 

అయ్యా ! ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ స్పీకరు గారూ ! జరిగింది జరిగి పోయింది . జరుగవలసిన దానిని గురించి ఆలోచన కేంద్రీకరించాలి . చట్ట సభల నిర్ణయములపై న్యాయ స్థానముల తీర్పు అనేది చెల్లనిది "అయినప్పటికీ " న్యాయస్థానము తీర్పు ను గౌరవించ వలసిన "నైతిక "భాద్యత అనేది ప్రస్తుత శాసన సభకు మరియు దాని అధ్యక్ష స్థానములో ఉన్న మీకు ఉంది అని నా అభిప్రాయము . 

ఎందుకంటే ప్రపంచ సమాజములో ప్రతి ప్రభుత్వ వ్యవస్థ కూడా కేవలము తనను తానుగా ఎంతగా 

చూసుకుంటుందో మిగతా ప్రభుత్వ వ్యవస్థల దృష్టిలో కూడా అంతకన్నా రెండింతలు చూసుకుంటేనే అది నిజమైన ప్రభుత్వ వ్యవస్థ విధి అనిపించుకుంటుంది . సాగదీసుకుంటూ కూర్చుంటే ఏదైనా విలువ కోల్పోతుంది మరియు తెగిపోతుంది కదా !
