Those who fear will make other/s as fearful.That means those who overcome fear by respecting fear are FEARLESS. Am I fearful or fearless ? I believe that I am fearless.

USA govt,Russian govt,Pakistan govt,British govt,North Korean govt and Iran govt are FEARFUL GOVTS.
So these govts make other govts and their people as fearful.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
