chief-public-representative dumbness,it may be 'infidel' media(indian police) other-in-self.

   Public-dumbness is half-agreement for change of mind into self-knowledge as public is pitting ignorance,oppurtunism and anarchy 

against each other.

   Cheat-sheet must be there against cheats in public 'naturally'.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
