అలా చేయటము వలన రాక్షసత్వము నశిస్తుంది .
నీ మైండ్ ఆలోచనల లోతులను మరియు సంక్లిష్టతలను నీవు అదుపు చేసుకునే శక్తి నీవు కలిగి లేకపోతే అది సక్రమ ఆలోచన ఎలా అవుతుంది ?
