Any person who is asking/questioning is ignorant person.How can an ignorant person talk like knowledgeable person who gives answers? Questioning is ignorance but of course will lead to answer/s. Questioning is not knowledge. But knowledge is by questioning.

వోటరు గౌరవము అనేది చదవే హక్కు ,తెలుసుకునే హక్కు  మరియు సంబంధిత అధికారి/ఆధారిటీ కి తన పేరు తాను ఇచ్చి ప్రశ్నించే హక్కు లకు మాత్రమే పరిమితము కాని  వోటరు హక్కు తన ప్రజా ప్రతినిధి హక్కు లేదా తన నాయకుడి హక్కు మాదిరిగా ఇతరులతో ప్రజా సమస్యలపై పరిష్కారము చూపించే హక్కు ఎలా కలుపుకుని ఉండగలదు?
