Why making mind as criminal/weak/Ill ? Why running court-system/temple-system/hospitals? Governance means council of ministers who are true-knowledgeables for making all social sections as lawful-minded,strong-minded and balance-minded.

When I think about supreme-court of India,it reminds me quantum of "unmindfulness" in social-system.
When I think about Lord venkateswara temple at tirumala hills and Vatican City,it reminds me about quantum of "weak-mind" in social-system.
When I think about hospitals,it reminds me about quantum of "ill-mind" in social-system.
