One can't hear trash and accept it as "yes". There can be yes to yes and no to no after respecting yes to no and no to yes. Optimist can meet pessimist.But pessimist(maoist) can't meet optimist(democrat). So optimism(democracy) succeeds ultimately over pessimism(maoism). Govt security forces retain weapon/s to protect public security".But govt insurgents retain weapon/s to gain power(truth) by causing fear among public. FEAR IS JUST NEED FOR ORDER.BUT IF PEOPLE ARE FEARFUL ABOUT THEIR WORD/NAME/VOICE CONSISTENCY,THEN FEAR NEED BE OVERCOME TO BE HUMAN IN HIS BEING. So fear is to avoid exposure and indiscretion with other/s.
