I identified the problem.Indian police and US govt must arrest saitan who is dwelling in-between social(mind)(law) and voice(currency). This is my public order against diabolism and fox-mind.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
