A film director is for public but appears working for film unit members.
సినిమాను సినిమా దర్శకులు మాత్రమే బ్రతికించాలి-బ్రతికించగలరు -ఎందుకు బ్రతికించలేరు ?
సినిమా దర్శకులు పలాయన వాదమును విడిచి పెట్టాలి .
సినిమా దర్శకులు  మారాలి తమ అసిస్టెంట్ లను దర్శకులుగా చేయడం ద్వారా .
సినిమా దర్శకులు సినిమా అనేది హీరో లు ,దర్శకులు కన్నా ఎంతో పెద్దది అని గ్రహించి తమ ఆలోచనను ప్రేక్షకుల ఆలోచనలకు కలపాలి కాని రుద్దకూడదు .
Personal creativity is very small when compared to social creativity.
So limit personal creativity to just 10 films by giving opportunities to newcomer assistant directors.
A famous film director can see himself among his assistant directors to get more fame.
