New crop of script writers,actors,musicians and cameramen must be needed for Indian cinema as film industry is facing severe competition from tv and Internet.Because of tv and Internet,imperial hold over cinema is getting broken by paving way for democratisation of film industry. In democratic film industry,anybody can access and freedom to show(not to prove) his/her talent by going into film world and coming back to real society "as and when needed for self". Democratic cinema is freedom of expression(thought) "by name consistency and voice non-linearity". All concerned must note !
