   THERE IS GENERAL MISCONCEPTION THAT COMPLAINANT IS RIGHT AND RESPONDENT IS WRONG.

   HERE BY YOUR COMPLAINT,1).GOVT(IAS) OFFICER IN PUBLIC SERVICE TOOK COGNIZANCE ON HER OWN.2).GOVT(IAS) OFFICER IN PUBLIC SERVICE APPEARED BEFORE MEDIA IN THIS REGARD.3).GOVT(IAS) OFFICER IN PUBLIC SERVICE SENT LEGAL NOTICE TO RESPONDENT.   

   NO SANE GOVT(IAS) OFFICER WILL DO ABOVE THREE ON HER DEFAMATION.

   SIMPLE.
