If you address self-ignorant with appearing-as-self-ignorant,then that self-ignorant gets confused and starts responding as self-knowledgeable.
If you address inconsistent with appearing-as-iconsistent,then that inconsistent gets confused and starts responding as consistent.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
