  Does anyone in mature society get political power just by starting a political party?

   Politics is law,social,profession and govt.

To come to power in politics,anyone who started political party "need balance law,society(knowledge),6000 professions and govt".

   Dr.JP! Voters(leftists,centrists and rightists) are knowledgeables(even though appearing as ignorants for third party query about socially discrete mind) enough to vote out greedy(selfish) political parties like lok satta party which just gives slogans.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
