SO ANY EMPLOYEE OR WORKER WHO IS 'SERVING' SOCIAL FOUR LIKE LEGAL WIFE IS NOT SLAVE TO PUBLIC.
     AND ANY BUSINESSPERSON WHO IS 'SOLVING' SOCIAL FOUR LIKE MORAL HUSBAND IS SLAVE TO PUBLIC.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
