IMPORTANT TO POLICE

Question "Who are you?" should not be asked in mature intellect.Please note that as listener is "some body",questioner is able to ask that some body with question "who are you?".
SO POLICE SHOULD NOT POSE QUESTION "WHO ARE YOU?" TO CALLERS AND GENERAL PUBLIC  AS PUBLIC ARE NOT ACCUSED WITH PROSECUTION.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
