INTELLECTUAL MORALITY

I am doing intellectual(social) researches(analyses) not for myself but for system(govt).
   In my opinion,social freedom is not research,imagination and entertainment.
   So before demanding govt for legal maturity,we should discuss it among professional groups for concrete proposals.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
