Government Should Prevent Faluty Designed Volvo Buses : CB CID

         CB-CID! It seems great(brilliant) that your dept has nothing to say about passengers 'discretion and their public duty'!

     It seems CB-CID wish to suggest that passengers don't have other option except volvo bus on that route.Can't CB-CID report be better sensible and practical?

     Of course! Volvo buses may have faulty design.But that faulty design should not be to prevent volvo buses as VOLVO IS COMPANY(department) LIKE CB-CID.

     Oh 'A.P*P'! Govt on any given day will always prevail right about persons,situations and times! Why don't CB-CID think that govt of the day does have heart to make its people minds and hearts sensible? GOVERNANCE IS EVERYDAY CONSTANT EVOLUTION TOWARDS TRUTH FROM DECEPTION.

     CB-CID may file its present report to concerned court on the case TO SEE ITS FATE AGAINST DEFENCE ARGUMENT AND COURT JUDGEMENT!

     Oh CB-CID! I wish to ask one straight question.How it will be if public departments(CB-CID) and companies(corporates) start doing "governance" while govt has no option except doing "management"? 

      I wish to tell CB-CID that 'public depts and companies(corporates) doing governance while govt has to leave public governance to do public management' will be folly of INDIAN POLICE but not at all folly of govt.

    GOVT IS BY LAW(to include volvo bus company management version about accident),PUBLIC ADMINSTRATION AND POLITICAL POLICY.

    IF LAW-ENFORCEMENT IS 'NOT BELIEVING' IN GOVT OF INDIA,THEN GOVT HAS TO BEAR ANTI-GOVT ANARCHY BY SIMPLY LIMITING ITSELF TO MANAGING PUBLIC DEPTS.THAT'S ALL.
