      ONE SHOULD NOT SPEAK LIE OR WRITE FALSEHOOD IF HE/SHE IS IGNORANT.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
