Without knowing about past continuity in present day,how can any indian voter dare to speak against indian national congress?

Can any voter in india say difference between indian national congress and other parties,police and media?
 Yes! INC is past continuity in present day being police(good in bad),people(bad in good) to prevail good in good and bad in bad.
  Police and parties are present continuity being just good in bad.
  People and media are just bad in good.
