        Work of judge is just exigency in society.Literally speaking,a judge can't produce any work.
   Judge must know that he is not above law like police.
   Judges can also be arrested and sent to jail for violation of law.
   IT IS MATURE SOCIAL-SYSTEM.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
