road traffic increase is matter of grave concern.

Nothing is impossible by application of mind.
I don't think that there is need to travel distances beyond 2kms to 5 kms from place of residence to place of work and back for anyone in world.
If we apply above,then there is little road traffic which can be easily managed.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
