Jail release must stay as social stigma.

It is perversion and ignonimity to rejoice jail detenu release on bail.
After all,it is our social system which we should believe by respecting sanctity of person,place and situation.
In case of rejoicing jail release of public party leader y s jagan,we should avoid respecting jail detenu,jail and jail release moment.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
