 భాష అనగా నైతిక శీలము కలిగిన మాట .
భాష తరువాత భావము.
భావము ఆఖరున నైతిక శీలము కలిగిన హృదయము యొక్క హృదయము .

 భాష సక్రమముగా లేకపోయినా భావము సరిగా లేకపోయినా అజ్ఞానమే .
అజ్ఞానమునకు సిగ్గు పడాలి .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
