If engineering colleges and law/psychology schools develop into truth(power) in USA and india,then there will be no need of medical schools.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
