Restraint and balance of mind are essential in demanding govt.

I found in my social(spiritual) system research that both imperial forces(inside and outside india),reactionary forces(right wing) and insurgent forces(left wing) NEED POSSESS BALANCE OF MIND while demanding govt.
GOVT IS OURS.
SO WE ALL SHOULD MAINTAIN RESTRAINT AND BALANCE OF MIND IN DEMANDING GOVT.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
