I am neutral-extreme thinker BY positive-extreme thinkers.

Difference between positive-extreme thinking and neutral-extreme thinking is that positive-extreme thinkers have clarity of thought in confusion whereas neutral-extreme thinkers have clarity of thought in clarity only.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
