Fear and knowledge

The point is that we are used to fear associated with knowledge.
FEAR AND KNOWLEDGE ARE NOT COMPATIBLE.
Fear is just path for knowledge.
After gaining knowledge,one should not be fearful.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
