O law advocates ! You have duty towards both public and clientele.So bar should question bench about time delay-hurry balance.TIME IS THE JUDGE.ROWDIE-LITIGANTS MUST BE CONTROLLED BY BENCH IN PETITION ADMISSIBILITY.ROWDIE PETITIONS WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED BY COURT JUDGES.

Every person has limit of voice(money).
Like small tree has small wind and big tree has big wind.
But when it comes conflict of winds,its conflict need be resolved by 'both tiny and social' trees winds within reasonable time-frame.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
