Judicial activism in society should not be above public accountability.Otherwise court judges become parallel leaders in mature social democracy.Ramrajya is progressive society which means pragmatism and without family planning.
We should avoid giving UNLIMITED TIME and UNLIMITED RESPECT to law courts in world.
So we should work out courts jurisdiction for specific groups,specific backgrounds and specific situations TO ELIMINATE UNDESIRABLE LITIGANCY AND LITIGANTS.
As preliminary stage,I suggest PERSONAL PETITIONS AND ROWDIES PETITIONS should be separated from court jurisdiction and vested both with local police jurisdiction.
LEGAL KNOWLEDGE MEANS APPLICATION.
