Govt.VOICE is that one is useful to social by being useful to self.Govt.SENSE is that if one is useful to social,then only he will be useful to self.

But govt.leader/president gives encouragement to its people in EARNING FOOD/MONEY/RESPECT/NAME.
So indian voters need find the difference between govt. and govt.president.
