Women voice may be provacative but not their sense(dress).
When indian women are accusing that only 38% indian men have earnings,then indian women have duty of provoking their men by BEING NEGATIVE(bitter) OF POSITIVE(sweet) 'WITH THEIR MEN'.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
