Petroleum ministry should pass law that above 2 km journey in a day need be by govt.vehicles and public transport.
Health ministry should pass law that below 2 km journey in a day  need be by walking only.
Then hydrocarbons are conserved;health is balanced;and environment is protected.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
