Law-ambiguity and law-indiscretion are crime.LAW MEANS MIND WITHIN.

Indian(social) law(mind) is ambiguous.
There must be either direct receiving or direct sending between govt and its people.Otherwise it is not governance.
There is no purpose in just thought or just word or just conduct.
Govt.has to include above three.Then duplication and opposition vanishes.
When people are giving their votes and electors are taking people votes,why people problems are not being solved?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
