Antisocial OF antisocial is social(indian) criminality.

 Engineering(numerical) methods are not possible without mind(voice) & hand(sense) AT self/professional.
Engineering(IT)(quantitative) methods can become spiritual(social morality)(qualitative).
But spiritual(social morality) can't become engineering(IT) legality.

 Engineering can become social medicine.
Medicine can't become social engineering(change).

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
