Physical(biological) needs are secondary to kshatriya(satva-rajas pradhanam)(leaders & rulers).
So leaders & rulers can be on fast,half-naked and streets.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
