Voting is for majority will.

Board members/directors may possess any of four (reactionary-antispiritual-immoral legal-imperial)  leanings.
Azenda for the meeting may have many(10) matters.
But voting for majority to pass resolution after discussion of each matter is compulsion now.
Then board chairman was responsible for all ommissions and commissions thereby avoiding voting for majority.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
