There are 10,00,000 words in english(universal) language.
There are just 10,000 words in native(say for ex:telugu) language/s.
So word(english) & voice(native language) both are important for social psychology.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
