Vehicle driving license should be categorised into 3 or 5 groups as per socio-psychology. 1)below 40 km drive per day;2)below 500 km drive per day and 3)above 500 km & below 1000 km drive per day.
Above 1000 km drive per day will be imaginative and not practical on indian roads.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
